He's just trying to pump some life into the team.

Chill the **** out. He was trying to pick his team up. We needed something to wake us up.

Eh, that was my gut reaction. But he really seemed to be trying to involve his teammates and get them a little more excited. That situation in the 4th I totally agree. It may be out of reach now, but it was still only the 2nd quarter and I can't blame him for attempting to rally the offense a little.

Moreno senses a comeback...he is needed on my FF comeback, and in this game.

Anyone know if a team has ever comeback from 31 pts before?

I went to Broncos-Seahawks a few years ago in Seattle and we were getting drilled. Deltha O'Neal returned a punt for a TD with < 2 min to go and started acting like he just won the game. Should have made him walk back to Denver.

Well, there was the 35-3 Buffalo/Houston playoff thing.

Well since mCd can't go to the well again and use the "We are just trying to win a MFing game" speech I don't think it will happen today.

Many years ago, the Broncos were hammering the Raiders 31-0 in a Monday Night game. Phillip Buchanon broke off a long punt return (on which he didn't even score) and proceeded to dance and preen and taunt the fans. That earned him a beer shower from someone in the crowd and plenty of scorn and jeers from the posters here.

Moreno dancing while down 38-7 isn't much different. I'd hope a veteran or two would pull him aside and have a word with him about it.

And that time he got his ass up and ran to the sideline. Looks like someone got in his ear.

Moreno needs to be euthanized. The experiment is a complete failure.

I had a totally different take...if he was just celebrating alone I would completely agree but he went out of his way to get the rest of the team...other guys...involved.

He was just trying to make a spark. I would like that from my player.

Now his actual play on the field...thats another story.
