Default Week 7 Gambling Thread

So... yeah... anyone betting this weekend? I haven't made a thread yet because I've yet to see anything I like out there. Anyone got good opinions on the game or money laid down? I'll probably get on some props at some point but just not loving anything.

I guess one place to start is SD. SD favored despite being without Floyd, Gates hurt, I think I heard Matthews hurt.

However, they was saying on one of the Sirius shows that Brady is 3 and 7 on the road in the last 10. Still, I think it's NE. Opinions?

Just started reading some opinions and the fact that SD plays so well at home was kinda forgotten. That said, I'm still having issues with their receivers. Who in the world catches the ball for them? Gates apparently will be a gametime decision and Crayton was once pretty decent... but... still...

I put some money on San Fran and NE. Wanted to put money on Washington vs. chicago at +3, but couldn't pull the trigger.

That SF game has got to be one of the hardest out there. SF is terrible and they're laying points on the road? That's so hard to justify.

I thought about that and I wasn't sure, but I think that San Fran's ground game will work pretty well against Carolina. If Chicago can run for 200 yards against them then anyone should be able to. Carolina has nothing to offer on the offensive side of the ball either.

Oh, absolutely agreed. It's a showdown of incompetent offenses. I considered the under to avoid making the call but they have that set at 35. Ugh.

Good luck with it. Someone will win. I'm just not confident I could pick who.

Just hopped on NE/SD under 47. I don't have confidence in SD to score but hopefully they can keep NE from scoring as well.

I will what's Oaklands record past couple years in Denver and how do rivalry games usually turn out? Dogfights. BTW Russel was the Q and whoever is in there now out of the 3 is better.

looks good on paper, however Denver never seems to play well against SF, also factor in it's in London w/ no home field advantage. I'd leave that game alone or put money on SF so if Denver loses it doesn't sting as bad

The ONLY thing that maks me hesitant is the old "too good to be true" line.

If Denver doesn't smack the living daylights out of SF, I'll be amazed. Maybe they're REALLY liking SF's running game against the Denver DL?

Alright, Bodog props are up so I got on Kolb over 250 1/2 at -125, Mathews without a sack for +165, and Jared Allen without a sack for +165. I put my account on these three to see if I can dig out of the hole that the QBs going down last week left me in. We shall see!

What is the best way to cash out at Bodog?

Never have, myself.

Any option should be good though. Books are trying so hard to compete that it seems they're all doing better. A big name book like Bodog can get away with more that a smaller one can't but they still have to be decent.

Agree... seems to be a really rough week.

The only ones I like are New England, Bengals over Falcons, Steelers, and Rams. All 4 are road teams...

Wow. 16 to 10, going into the fourth quarter, and Kolb already had 210-220 yds passing. We end the 4th quarter with Philly gaining an additional -6 yards and giving up 27 points.

F me. Some of these games I get on just turn out insane.
