Cromartie did a pretty good job on Moss last night. It took a perfect throw and an all-pro move by Moss to get that touchdown.
I'm more worried about Moreno and Orton getting seriously maimed. |

Revis looked awful last night and severely limited by that Hammy. He missed several plays he would normally make because he had no explosion in his break on the ball. Harvin made him look bad in the slot, and Revis made little impact at all on that game except getting trucked by Peterson in the run game

Smart move by jets. They rest him and get him back week 8 after the BYE.

No way he plays. He looked gimpy and a step slow out there last night. The rain couldn't have helped things much, either. Cromartie gets Lloyd. Gaffney gets the rook and Eddie Royal goes balls out.

Does it really matter
Revis' injury hasn't slowed down the JETs one bit We're missing Ayers and Dawk. We need to figure out a way to stop thier running game. Jets will kill us running the ball out of a nickle situation missing Woodyard and Dawkins plus the TE they have who covers Keller with Mcbath and Woodyard still out I think Denver could just plain fall apart in this game We can just hope and pray for some turnovers. They have to come at some point for the Jets maybe this week |

I'm anxious to see who Denver promotes this week to fill in some of those holes.

I watched Revis quite often and he just isnt as fast and quick as he was last year. He was falling down and allowing Harvin to get by him no problem. You could see him pulling up on a few plays. I hope they play him and he injures it even more with Eddie running right past him

Rex will say they don't need him, that they'll beat Denver's ass without their best corner. Then they'll go get a g-d snack.
I'd hate to hear what the Jets staff says about Denver while planning for this week. |

Don't really have to prepare too much for Denver's one dimenional attack. Maybe the bye plays into it more any anything else. We can hope Forget the Jets did you hear how down McD was in yesterday's press conference. Not really much to say with all the injuries Maybe it's a rallying point but there's a reason why the 2nd stringers are 2nd stringers. I think there is a major drop off on the team when you have to replace Dawkins and Ayers Last edited by CEH; 10-12-2010 at 08:17 AM.. |

With Denver's passing game, though, I'd beg to differ. They have 3-4 guys that can do damage to that secondary. Cromartie can be dangerous but he can also be a clown. The key is to hold off that pass rush and give Orton a couple seconds.

Red Zone Red Zone Red Zone. We haven't shown that we can score except for 50 yard bombs

Yeah, but short runs are for girls. TD Bombs are badass.

If a roided up LaDanian runs all over the Broncos on Sunday, I'm not sure if I'll be throwing up from that or from all the drinking I'll be doing. But I know I will be throwing up.

It's that badass O-line he's running behind. I don't believe he'd be putting up those same numbers if he was still running in SD this year. He has some nice lateral moves, though. Maybe he's injecting directly into his hips?

I like our chances this week. They may get a pass rush on, but with the options at WR we have, and if DT is healthy, make them put 6 DB's out there. Let Orton have a hey day, and then run some draws later.

They have a style of defense that is the same every week. Line up man on man on the corners and blitz and fly to the ball carrier. I bet a dollar to a donut they will absoutely dicate the tempo of the game not the other way around. Add in teh fact Denver can't run the ball and they will really dicate the action Maybe they spend a hour preparing for Tebow. |

I highly doubt Revis wants Brandon Lloyd on his island at the point.
I'm being completely serious when I say that. |
