Re: Neck Pony Nation!!!
Clarkster, I thought it was the "patriots"? I will say this, there are some head coaches in the AFC West thinking about Sharpe back in the fold in Denver. I gaurantee you, it's already starting to make them squirm.....dman

Re: Neck Pony Nation!!!
I don't think they (the other AFCW teams) ever held any real hope of landing Sharpe. He had already stated that he would take less money to come back to Denver. Looks like he was telling the truth and not just trying to get a better deal from them. But I agree, they gotta be REAL worried now.

I've beaten the game, pretty cool ending really. Of course you really need to use cheat codes to win it, i don't even consider it cheating since the game is so hard after a while. |

I do try to complete the missions but I get a bigger kick out of car jacking/stealing whatever I can. I saw a tank in one of the missions while my friend was playing and I'm curious now as to what I gotta do to get that... ![]() |

after the first year i went 11-5... I drafted an OL in the 1st and so far my LT has not given up more than 3 sacks into 10 games, i drafted a LB in the 2nd round (since i still have romo) and ****e...pretty kick ass on the xbox version for the GM side of things |

Re: Neck Pony Nation!!!
I'm still in my first season on the PS2 version. I got it set on "rookie" playing level as I learn and get comfortable with the different control functions, and I'm just tearing up the league. I guess it's time to increase the difficulty level.

Re: Neck Pony Nation!!!
Let me know how it works out. I haven't experimented with the draft or moving players around yet, but figure to try this with the next season.

Re: Neck Pony Nation!!!
I like to run alot of dime and 3/4 defenses, so i figure the better players i get out there, the better it will do anyway. with romo, wilson, mobley and this other guy i drafted it works out pretty good. I got pryce as DE, Chester as DT and i got pittman on the otherside (I have to fix that problem yet).
But middlebrooks and oneal are both my corners as is walker. so it really helps in my dime packages and nickle packs as well. i think gold's speed will help just in the long run for me at S, i always get burned by top WRs for just the catch mostly, but i'm into punishment. ![]() |

Re: Neck Pony Nation!!!
Unfortunately, I'm one of the few that accesses the board while I'm AT work. I end up missing most of the talk until I can read and respond while everyone else is .....
doing whatever. ![]() |

Re: Neck Pony Nation!!!
The board seems busiest at about 9:00-9:30 cst. Unless you're a night owl like Mock, Blue, TJ, etc.!
For some reason Thursday nights seem the slowest as do weekends during the off season. |
