Lions could be competing for a playoff spot in the next couple years. Finally have some play-makers on both sides. Probably not this season, but they won't be an easy win for anyone.

I'm sure if you go back you could find games were they were surprisingly competitive against good teams and still lost.

What happens if they come out flat next week? You know that's happened too for them. Good teams get the job done, until then same ol Lions.

This. The Lions are the Lions until they prove otherwise. Close doesn't count for terrible teams.

Lions may be 0-2, but they are playing better than some clubs that are 2-0 now.... In 2 years, they will be atleast the 2nd best in their division. that is a huge improvement from 0-16

Kyle vandenbosh- old, bet when healthy he is a beast
and one other guy

Their pass defense still blows though.

The Lions are on the right track....all they need to do now if learn how to win.

You lose as much as they have, for as long as they have, and losing becomes routine and ordinary.

They need to break through that barrier....and I think they are close to it.
