Default Just saw Pat Bowlen

Staying in a resort near Jacksonville, he ate dinner about 20 feet away. Sadly he looked a bit older and more feeble than I thought he would. Pretty cool either way.

BTW since you saw Pat today...I don't care much what he was eating...I'm far more interested in what he was drinking.

When I was up in Denver a few weeks ago, I decided to take the tour of Invesco. Our tour guide, who said she's been with the Bronco organization for years in various capacities, told us the same thing, that Bowlen walks stooped over now and looks older and more frail than he used to. She also had some disturbing things to say about the Alzheimers, which might be worse than we realize. She had quite a few insights actually, going back years...worth the price of the tour to listen to someone on the inside for a change.

Wow....that's really sad. I give Bowlen alot of grief (for good reason I think), but I definitely hope his health improves. If the Alzheimer's thing is real, that's kinda shocking, as he's still a fairly young guy...he's what, in his early 60s? That's pretty young. Not good news.

I hope Mr. Bowlen is better than this encounter seems to indicate
Barry Switzer goes to the same gym that I do and he routinely looks like walking death, right down to the old man stoop n' shuffle

I am not really sure the Broncos organization would like personal information like that shared by Invesco Tour Guides.

Probably not, which crossed my mind at the time. Here's another one...she said McD ordered all Shanny's pix taken down in the hallways when he took over.
