Don't think it was Stephen A Smith that got fired lol I thought I read earlier on MSN somewhere who the employee was, but I can't find the article. Max Bretos was the one who got suspended for 30 day though, I believe, for comments he apparently made on Wednesday.

I don't either but are you remotely surprised that they were. When you have a company as big as ESPN you can't afford to have people that stupid making decisions for you. I hate the PC world we live in but am smart enough not to get **** canned over something that juvenile.

No, not surprised. The guy who wrote that headline could have meant "chink in the armor" as a literal gash in armor, and not a slur against Chinese people. Which makes that guy dumb, not racist.

There's no way whoever wrote that headline was oblivious to the double meaning it carried, and they absolutely should have been dismissed for doing so. I mean, it's funny and I would high-five them for trying, but that's definitely a terminable offense.
