If you get NFL Network, they are showing it live. In fact they are showing all of the preseaon games, some tape-delayed.

It'll be shown only in the areas of Denver/Cincy. If you live in a city where they normally show Broncos games on a standard cable channel you'll probably get it, if You don't you'll have to have NFL network or watch it online.
