This is a funny movie. I had low expectations going in as it only got 50% fresh rating at rotten tomatoes (the community has it at 62%) but it was pretty funny. Jermaine Clement is particularly funny, but the whole cast is very good.

Jemaine (no r) was the best guy in the movie. a lot of funny people and couldve been funnier. Paul Rudd was handcuffed into being the uber straight man. I wanted to marry the girlfriend. A sweet formula movie. I recommend a dvd rental.

A funny movie but I also thought it could have been funnier.

Thanks for the reviews. I mainly go off of rotten tomatoes percentages myself and when I saw it at the 50% range yesterday I was kind of disappointed. Guess I will be patient and wait for DVD.

Definitely want to see the Will Ferrell/ Marky Mark movie, The Other Guys. Just need to keep from visiting rotten tomatoes on that one. Ha.

Love the original. Think its funny that the people the french consider "idiots" would be considered interesting and eccentric here

It was so-so. Won tickets to a premier screening on Thursday. I'm glad I didnt pay theater prices to see it is all I will say. I would recommend catching it on DVD.
