I've got a crisp $20 bill here... Bring me the kneecap of Brett Favre, and it's yours.

Except that Favre wins football games more than he loses them.

love how this is breaking news.. I think that Favre and his wife can afford to throw $350 or whatever her yearly gym membership is down the drain if he decides not to play and she not use it. She prob got the renewal in the mail and their maid or whoever does their bills just paid it.

Let's see.... That membership cost, what? $200?

Nah, no way she'd ever walk away from THAT big an investment!

Ongoing, repetitive drama is the problem.

Has anyone even given a moment of consideration that he might not play this season?

He's playing. Period.

a. I hope the maid is not doing the bills, that just seems a bit odd.
b. I think the drama gets old, but its because it's much like the threads started about how people are leaving OrangeMane and never coming back, but then they do. Then time passes and there's another megaManemeltdown and they say again they will never come back, but they do. It requires the forum to mock, and mock endlessly.
c. Favre is a great player, I like him, but would be nice if we didn't hear so much about the yo yo retirement thing, but ehh, Bus Crook as to earn his salary somehow.

Right concept, wrong person. Obviously Bus Cook paid it.

Correct.....the media's eventual Farve oversaturation doesn't help matters either.

Gotta admit that watching Farve play last season was pretty enjoyable. There is something very clinically boring about watching Manning and Brees, but watching Farve throw frozen ropes between defenders reminds me of John.

The NFC Championship game last year was high drama, as were both beat downs of Green Bay.

Same here! John Elway, Brett Favre, and Steve Young are my all-time favorites to watch play... Cutler was on his way and I still enjoy watching him play. And I look forward to Tebow replacing all of them as my all-time favorite. Come to think of it, didn't Steve Young have a lot of the same question marks when he was drafted?
