Ugly loss for the Patriots, who, despite making it close in the end, are now taking some punches from fans and analysts around the country. Never mind that the offense is without all of its top playmakers, or the fact that Tom Brady can't get wideouts to even catch the football, much less fight for it. Brady loses some ground in the MVP race -- but there should be considerations made for the way New England receivers dropped three straight passes on the team's final possession. Catch the freaking ball

Still apologizing for the game manager. Maybe if he took the time to build a rapport with his receivers this wouldn't be an issue. Never heard of the bundchen throwing camp.. IJS

Why do you have receivers on your roster that can't catch?

You know people keep making excuses for the Patriots injuries... Denver has had plenty of injuries this year, maybe more than NE but Elway has built a solid team from player 1 to 55 and that is apart of football. Denver is the better team than NE. Are they better 1 through 22? probably not but they have much better depth and that is a part of football.

So cry about injuries if it makes you feel better but it is not the injuries that cost games it is the lack of depth.

Look at Dallas, what would have happened to them if four years ago they select Oz to be the back up for Romo... What position would they be in today? Injuries didn't do Dallas in The General Manager's (Jones) ineptitude in building a complete roster is what did them in. Especially when they knew they had an aging, injury prone QB.

We suffocated Rivers with three top playmakers out. Injury excuses are like a-holes, everybody got one.
