As a person who has played the drums for about 12 years, I can say that this guy is my hero.

How the F do these things get on the internet? Obviously this guy is smart enough to figure out youtube, he's smart enough to know all the states on the west coast, maybe he should be smart enough to not act like a retard and post it on the net.

I loved it when he went all Townsend on it. I can say I have never seen the windmill done on the drums.

I could not play with that guy though, I would be laughing too hard.

If he were in DEATHSicle I would take at least one of his cymbals and shove it up his ass, he can keep his hi-hat.

I don't mind the stick work or showboating but those excessive cymbal crashes need to be toned down. If I wanted to hear cymbal crashes that epic I would find a marching band.

I seen much, much worse.

I twirl my stick occasionally, but if I've been taking rimshots, sometimes I get splinters from the wood.

edit - ^ did that just kinda sorta sound a little dirty?

For some reason, if you're high. this video is apparently amazing... seems like a waste of 5 minutes of tape.

Personally, I loved it. I don't blame him at all since that is one boring ass song, especially playing it on drums where if you played it straight it'd be a challenge to make it through it without falling asleep.

C'mon Smurf, tell me you're not gonna try out some of those moves the next time you sit down at your kit
