I will be watching Paul Williams vs. Kermit Cintron instead. It's free on HBO.

Shogun gets this, last fight I thought he won it, this time he'll make sure he does. Also really looking forward to Koscheck-Daley, if Koscheck wins then he should be #1 contender and next in line for GSP to dominate.

I was at the first fight at Staples...Shogun definitely won that fight, the crowd was in an uproar after that BS decision.

Having said that, I think Machida wins this fight.

Shogun doesn't let it go the distance this time.

I feel the same way... I want Rua to win but have a feelinga Machida will. Rua won the last fight. That decision was BS.

I'm a shotokan guy myself, so pull for Lyoto, but can admit that Rua beat him. Still, I think Machida's a superb tactician who excels at assimilating opponents' strengths and making the necessary adjustments. I think he does it again this go around.

machida won the first(although very close) but he won fair and square and he will win this again.

Rua's fights in the past 18 months are so show that he is truly back and fighting at his best. This is one of the fun title fights that truly can go either way. I'll be pulling for Rua and think he has a very real chance of winning the fight by stoppage.

I'm not very well-versed in the way sports books work in Vegas. But I'll be there this weekend...I can sit in one and watch the fight for free, right? Maybe I'll throw $20 down on one of the two.

Smart money is on Rua, he should've won the last fight and he's the underdog...its a toss up but you'll win more money betting on Rua.

the couple times I have been in Vegas while a UFC has been going on they have been blacked out in the casino sports books....BUT this fight is in Canada so I have no idea if the same rules apply

Shogun with the dominant performance... only 10 people on the mane got it right.

I hope Daley never fights in the UFC again. Wasn't impressed by Kosh by any means, but that was bush league to punch him 10 seconds after the final bell.

I was surprised. I would have bet on machida. Shogun was overated in pride and I never liked him. He must have gotten better in the cage. Just like spider silva, average fighters in japan can dominate here. I'm happy for him though, because he obviously improved.

Average in Japan? He was one of the best fighters in Pride until his elbow injury. He took an early fight in the UFC vs Forrest Griffin and looked very rusty... Since then he has been a beast. His best fighting days are right now. He'll be in his prime for another two-three years. By that time Jon Jones will be the best thing going at 205!

He was overated I felt. Overeem and Coleman aren't top notch guys. He's obviously better now. I jut look at him like bj Penn. A fighter with holes who has a big hype machine.

Saying Shogun is overrated is so ludicrous. Fighters fight for a living whether injured or not. Shogun was losing in the UFC while suffering through serious knee injuries. He never complained or made excuses.

Shogun got healthy and whipped Machida's ass, though he lost a bad decision. The second time around he didn't let it go to the judges. He destroyed Machida tonight.

I personally think that Machida won the fight tonight so easily due to the ass beating he gave Machida seven months ago. Machida knew in his heart that he lost seven months ago and it left an imprint on his psyche.

I don't want to rip you for saying something so stupid. But seriously, Rua is bar none the greatest light heavyweight in the world.

Dana White has cut Paul Daley from UFC immediately following the conclusion of UFC 113 and had this to say "He can turn out to become the best pound for pound fighters in the entire world and he'll still never step foot in a UFC octagon ever again."

I felt he was overated way before his injury. I have been watching mma for a long time and I base my opinions on what I see an not what Joe Rogin says. This is my opinion, take it or leave it. I respectfully disagree that he is one of the best, although I did miss the fight last night and I am sure he improved since the last time I saw him.

Thanks buddy! Since I was in Vegas this weekend, I put $50 on Rua. The line was +165, so I won $82.50 plus my original $50 back!
