A simple solution to stop most trolling and people starting rediculous threads is to limit it to one new thread/per perspn/per day. Ive been on a lot of message boards that do this and it seems to work.

Orton is da bomb (or at least can throw the bomb). Unless coach changes his mind and goes with Quinn who will be the best ever.

Moreno ---- best rookie rb ever

I'm not missing the point. I am adult, I understand that there are others that have a different opinions on the things I do. It not that hard as an adult to skip what is posted, it not like someone is forcing you to read it. As long as a poster is within the boundaries of this community then it fine whatever he/she posts.
