TJ took the money from the donations and put it towards either Mariners season tickets or Ron Paul 2012 campaign.

Where have you been. Did the firing of Simms put you in the nuthouse for rehab?

I contemplated life, the mysteries of faith and the juxposition of life vs death, and before I could go on to formulate the way all humans could come together and live as one...the site came back up.

So...yeah...

I got two papers for school finished, started a project for geography, cleaned house and got the car cleaned out. So...it was a productive two days or so. Plus all the universal mysteries and whatnot.

It's a host-wide issue. I can't even get an answer from them on what happened. Their message box was filled, and they weren't picking up the phone any of the billion times I called.

The good news is they made my decision on whether to stick with them for another season or move to a cloud server much easier. When we launch with the new site and new software for the new season, it will be on a new cloud server... Which is the direction that I was leaning anyway.

I expect this switch to happen right about the July time frame.

Cloud servers...psh. Next you will tell me the internet is a series of tubes developed by the military, or that the sky is blue because of refracted light off of the ocean into the atmosphere...

You don't realize how much you need the Mane until you don't have the Mane. I probably only tried to get in, unsuccessfully, about 87 times. Should I seek help? The first step towards recovery is admitting you have a problem, right?

I was just finishing up the proof for the Riemann zeta hypothesis, but then the site came back just before I could finish up my notes so I doubt it will ever happen now.

I went to South Stand Junkie's site. I didn't realize KCBH was still alive.

Okay if you insist: I admit you have a problem.

There ... happy now?

I have to say - I am in a constant bad mood when the Mane is down - angry with my host. But it always warms my heart to get back on and see how glad people are to have things back up, and how much they appreciate the site.

It's a cool thing.

The Mane robbed you of a Nobel Prize. A century and a half old problem was on the brink of a solution, and now its back to zero.

He is in a fossilized state.

Sounds like a good decision.

I told Broncobuff that he might need to start another fund drive on Facebook. Is the Cloud going to cost more $?
