Default OT-Movies that are bad, but you watch them anyway...

Alright, up late, working on a ****ing power point, and have Conan the Barbarian on in the background. I watch it for awhile...(Krom...) and just surf until I land on Barb Wire...I ended up having a debate in my head about which of these two movies I want to watch, which got me thinking. What movies do you guys know are horrible, but you watch it anyway?

I'll give you Raising Arizona (because Cage's ****ty acting actually worked for the Coens). Leaving Las Vegas could have been a good movie, but Cage laid a giant turd throughout.

No he did not.

Have you seen Herzog's Bad Lieutenant? He is brilliant.

We can agree to disagree. He is a very divisive actor. I enjoy his work. Adaptation was a tour de force in my opinion. I equate him to Keanu Reeves, an actor whom is mocked mercilessly. Reeves has starred in The Matrix, Speed, Point Break. One of the biggest casting stories is Will Smith turned down the role of Neo. Will Smith is an excellent movie star but could never have given a performance as understated as Reeves and the movie would have been much worse for it........

I have gone on a tangent, sorry.

I forgot to add anything Keanu Reeves has ever been in to my list.

I guess if untalented is divisive, then Cage is divisive.

Well, it's a TV show, and it's all intentional, but I'm really enjoying Garth Marenghi's Darkplace.

Both Conan movies are awesome btw.

But I do have a man crush on Arnold. I also love Pumping Iron.

Sappy, gooey chick flicks. Anything with Meg, zellweger or Tom Hanks in it.

Did I just say that out-loud?

errr... I meant Chuck Norris. That's what I said...

Stuff with a lot of nudity is always cool.

Oh Man...one of the great unintentional comedies of our time.

Speaking of unintentional comedies, has anyone watched Saturday Night Fever lately? This movie has become more hysterical with each passing year....the edited for TV version is even funnier.

Clash Of The Titans was another one, but I see they're coming out with a remake of that....hopefully, it won't tarnish the original's extreme campiness.

Loved Clash of the Titans, and SNF was on cable this weekend, I watched at least half of it before the kids came over and groaned about it. Never was a real fan of it but now it's just comical. They do get more hysterical as time goes by. Others I watch are Night of the Comet, Silver Bullet, and one where the big brother is taken to outer space to fight the galaxy, he lives with his mom and little brother in a trailer park....cannot remember the name. I don't know why I watch them. Mindless entertainment

Yeah...don't get me wrong, as a kid, I hated SNF when it was having it's heyday. I was clued into it's comedic value in the late 80's, so I checked it out again and they were right....talk about something that has aged badly, it could be the worst aging movie of all time.
