Wow. He will get tons of offers though. Maybe an outside chance though who knows.

Dumerville and Peppers off the ends would be pretty scary. Probably not really good in coverage though. If they went after peppers that would probably mean Doom is tagged and traded.

Doom does need help, we agree there

Ayers being a "big question mark" is a touch drastic, seeing that you know...he has played one NFL season

it certainly won't help his development to take him off the field and overpay for Peppers

Sounds good on paper.. but I think Peppers stated he didn't want to play DE in a 3-4 scheme. Don't quote me on that though....

I don't think you can call it a sub-par year when a guy who was well known to be a project is getting major rotation as a rookie.
