I'm confused by this. Does this mean they expect Iupati to go at #16 or just that he's the 16th best prospect?

They lost me when they put three players ahead of McCoy who just might be the best DT to come out in the last decade or so. Those other players are a whole point lower on my scale too. There are 2 franchise HOF players at the top of this draft, and none of them are QB's or Eric Berry. I like Berry and he rates a full point lower than either of those DT's though. The QB's though, please.
