Ridiculous this crap happens. They should bust the adults because they looked at it. No tolerance right? They only people that should not have seen this is the adults at the school. That girls cell phone should either be private. They should be able to take it, its a disruption, but viewing the contents IMO is wrong and unamerican. Just because someone is 13 doesn't mean they don't have rights to naked pictures of there bodies.
