My favorite SOTU moment: Obama gave the Supreme Court a b**** slap for overturning a century of law by allowing corporations to spend limitless amounts of money to influence elections.

I'm glad to hear that. I couldn't watch tonight because my son had a basketball game. I'll have to read it.

This was one of the stupidest court decision since Dred Scott. They deserve to be called out. What he really should have called them out on is their blatant hypocrisy, especially Scalia who tours the country every year selling his version of "originalism." This decision was judicial activism at its worst, and I'm surprised I haven't heard one voice from the Right call them on it. Of course, with the Right it's more important to be a member of the club, than it is to stand up for your principles. Roberts, Scalia, Alito et al can find no precedent for this finding, nor can they rely on the Framers who would have been aghast at such a warped decision. The Constitution starts with these words: We the People. That does not include corporations. If you ask me, Obama was exceedingly mild.

It's basically a declaration that the SCOTUS is for sale to the highest bidder just like the other branches of government. That's treasonous. |

They have been bought by the corporate criminals just like BushCo was bought and paid for by Halliburton. I wonder what kind of promises these Traitors recieved "under the table". |
