Cowher is way overrated, Tomlin has came in and been much better in Pitts. Thought Cowher may be alright until a team tires of his motivational tools.

The Houston Texans didn't make the playoffs. But team owner Bob McNair is happy with the job coach Gary Kubiak has done and announced he would return for the final year of his five-year contract after the Texans finished a franchise-best 9-7.

Good for Kubiak....he deserves another year in Houston.

Tomlin aint done nothing but use the tools cowher brought in. and they are on the way down now, at home with us.
