Default Help with Clayton Quote

I've tried the search function and am not coming up with Clayton's quote about McDaniels not knowing how to build a team. Does anyone have a link to that? Or to his prediction of 3 wins?

Thanks in advance - helps in responding to a Raiders fan in another forum.

Not to rain on your parade, but where did you get the idea a first-time 33 years old head coach in the NFL has had previous experience building teams?

I think is a little too premature to see the fruits of what he's done.
The offense wich is McDaniels' forte is behind the offense we've had last year.
Mike Nolan's philosophy and acheme have much to do with our defense improvement, more that anything McDaniels brought to the table, other than getting rid of bad players.
You could make an argument that the addition of Dawkins and Davis have made an impact on our defense, but that is by no means building a team, when you consider that building a team means building for the future, not for just one season...

I asked for a link, not your repeated opinion.

Thanks, Req - and Happy New Year to you! Following draft stuff this year? I've seen less college games this year than ever, so will be looking for insight from you and others.

To you and yours as well. Yes, I've been following the draft, but not as much as usual. Working and finishing up school has been my priority. I will be releasing a Broncos Draft Guide hopefully by February (around combine time, perhaps after) as a PDF available for all those to see.
