Been listening to Rome everyday at work. He has been pimping the Broncos at every turn talking about people who think they are lucky or "the worst 3-0 or 4-0 team ever" (before this last week) are idiots. He has been on the Denver wagon for about 3 weeks now. He's had Champ and McD on in the last two weeks and pumps up the Broncos every chance he gets.

So Rome is fine with Denver, it was his guest who was hatin'.

That's bull****. Rome is the best at what he does, and if you listened to his radio show today he was praising McD and the Broncos up and down. Not that that matters. He is still the best.

Rome is good for 18-24 year olds in the world that have no sense of who they are - It's like a talking Sports Illustrated show....funny thing is he's 35+ years old and that is his audience still.

I love how Rome haters have to come out guns blazing no matter what he says..

e.g.

Rome: "The sky is blue!"
Haters: "Rome is an idiot, the sky is obviously gray and cloudy!"

This "lucky" stuff is such bull****. Once in a while a game might turn on a lucky play, but the win isn't due to luck. A teams that hangs around for 60 minutes to put themselves in a position to win... that is an earned win no matter how it happens.

Rome pretty well jumped down his throat. Said, "They beat the Patriots" when the idiot said we got lucky. Then Rome said, "First, it was let's see them beat the Cowboys, then let's see them beat the Patriots. How many do they have to win?" The a-hole then said "six". What a tool!

I watch Rome quite a bit. He's been on the Broncos bandwagon for the past couple of seasons, even in spite of last years end of season meltdown, and the rocky offseason. He's been pimping Marshall, McD and even Cutler last year. You can love him or hate him but he drank the orange kool-aid this year a lot earlier than a good deal of Broncos fans.
