Without reading all of Gaffs stuff, it gets old. He still have never really shown how Israel benefited from 9-11. If anything it made people after Iraq less likely to support them.
If anything people right now more ready to force Israel to comply then ever. I think eventually you will see more happen there. No way Obama can accept peace prize then not play hardball with Netenyahoo. America is waiting for a couple more yrs, hoping his coalition falls apart. It just seems to crazy for not a lot to gain. America was already spending tons on military industrial complex. In fact those people also losing because they make money off big ticket items that now we can't afford because of all the war. |

"It's very good…….Well, it's not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy (for Israel)" In other words -- he was so enthusiastic that the truth slipped out -- then he tried to retrench. Given that Israel wanted Iraq to be destroyed -- the Israelis must have been overjoyed by 9/11. As we know, within days of 9/11 Bush, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld and Cheney were talking about attacking Iraq. This is not my opinion, It is now well documented. After the Cold War Israel has ceased to be of strategic value to the US. So a new war was needed -- a war against the Islamic world -- the so called war on terror. It was a sham from the get go. MNHG |
