What i mean, is that Cap and Trade--specifically the bill approved by the House--has been scored by the CBO and the findings ain't pretty. In short, the CBO report on this bill projects up to 3.5% lower GDP (in other words, stunted economic growth), will create what could be serious job losses, and best of all, will kick the middle class ( you know, the ones that Obama swore to insulate from higher taxes and from paying for his initiatives) in the teeth in both lost wages AND its ability to purchase in the economy. My question is, given the President being caught in lying about the costs to each American family despite knowing they'd be much higher and withholding that info from Congress, how much would this newly approved bill have to damage the nation--and middle class--to justify scrapping it?
