Default Joey Harrington

Harrington was cut by New Orleans. I would be alright if the Broncos pickup Joey and cut Jackson. Their is no reason to keep 7 receivers. I still think Bradstater could also be placed on practice Squad. I don't think another team would claim him off wavers.

Screw Joey. He's finished. I would feel great about taking a chance on Brian Brohm.

If McDaniel could Cassell into the 10 million dollar QB then I think he could make Harrington ,the 3 pick in draft a decent backup. I would rather have Harringon start then feed Bradstater to the wolves. McDaniel system is vary Qb fiendly and Harrington has a ton of Nfl experience. Orton was a career 58 % passer and under Mcdaniels system he is passing over 70% . Jeff Garcia would also be a option but Garcia wants to start.

Detroit ruined him. If you watched Joey this pre-season, just like his past work, as soon as he felt ANY pressure, even non-existent pressure....he would duck his head, get out of his progressions and panic.

He is shell-shocked and is playing scared.

Man, when he came out of Oregon he had such promise. Detroit ruined him. I have always heted when a good college player gets drafted to a crappy team who proceed to not add anything to help him and yet expect a super bowl ring for thier trouble. Rick Mirer in Seatle is another good example of this. Sit a hot rookie behind a seasoned vet and you get Drew Brees. Send a lamb to slaughter and you get Joey Harrington

it appears that McDaniels will get the same treatment as Shanny did with RBs...

any QB that comes available will have his own thread started about how we should sign him because he would do awesome in our system...

so let me be the 1st to say it...

HARRINGTON WOULD THROW FOR 4K IN OUR SYSTEM...
