Default People fighting for a job in tonights game

People who are fighting for a job.
Jarvis Moss vs Tim Crowder, I think one is these players will make the team . I think Crowder will be the one. I think the Broncos will keep 9 linebacker .

Secondary battle will be ,Josh Bell and Johnson and Barnett. I think Josh Bell and Johnson get cut with Barnett making the team as a special teams player. Johnson should be signed to practice Squad. The Broncos will only keep 9 defensive backs because have to carry 3 or 4 Qb with injuries to Orton and Simms.

Defensive Line , The broncos might only keep 6 because of our Qb situation. Clemens and Powell battling it out for 7 spot in case Broncos decide to keep 7. Look for Powell to be signed to Practice squad.

Qb , Martain and Bradsraiter fighting it out for 3 sting. The Broncos also might keep 4 Qb intil Orton and Simms are healthy.

Rb Jordon and Walker could also be playing for a job tonight

Wr I think Jackson and Lloyd are also fighting for a job.

-Seems Moss and Crowder will both be gone (has Crowder played in the preseason?)
-Would be silly to cut Lloyd, he is talented enough to be a starter in this league IMO.
Plus there will be more Wrs than usual on this team.
-Bet they will keep 5 CBs' rather than 5 safeties so doesn't look good for Barrett.
-Clemons is way ahead of Powell IMO.

No way Simms gets cut. With Orton's finger, he is too valuable. The recent reports have stated he could probably start in Cincinnati if Orton is still unable to go.

I thought Crowder was transitioning well to olb according to reports but ive yet to see him make a play

Moss needs to be let go, he just doesn't fit
Clemons > Powell
Bell > Johnson
Barrett gets cut

If what they say about Ortons finger is true. He may be out longer than expected. I'm betting Simms will start at least one game starting off.

There should be no spaces before commas and periods, only afterwards. You can opt for a double space following a period although that is stylistically passe and I recommend against it.

Other than that, nice job, I enjoyed reading your thoughts and I agree we will not be cutting any QBs.

yeah when GB took Harrell right in front of us, the talent level took a hit. I remember that. Ironically, Spencer would probably be good fit. Not taking one of the safties was prolly drafting for position rather than strenght of talent. 5 defensive linemen in the first 16 picks and only Landry from the safties.

I drank the Koolaid on Powell so I hope he has a good game tonight. Having a real run stuffing DE would be wonderful and his VT resume was sweet.

He only has 20 games played in 6 years... there are far more people not only with more game experience but years played than him.

I bet they have mostly made up there minds who they will keep and who gets cut. They even have practice squad all figured out, and plan B for practice squad if a player you were sending there gets signed by another team.

I doubt there is much any player can do in tonights game to change the mind of a coach who has watched them all TC and preseason.

Maybe though between 1-2-3 guys at the most I would think.

Especially maybe at that safety spot with a couple new young ones, and a young one from the previous regime.

Also Moss/Crowder I guess, but I could see both being cut.
