not the eagles, they are gonna implode. not because of vick, but because of the role he is being asked by andy reid. why the eagles blame everything on donovan is beyond me, but it seems like they have been trying to get rid of him for years.

the packers are huge contenders, giants i think may be on downslope, AZ is questionable if kurt will last the season. vikings are huge question mark at QB. saints or packers i say.

This season it's the Eagles. They loaded up to make a superbowl run NOW before Donovan and Andy are out of time.

I am not sure who I would vote for yet. I think it is between three teams. The vikings, bears, and giants. the vikings and bears kind of depend on how their new QBs play on their new teams. I would predict the giants if both cutler and favre have bad years and don't help their teams much.

All of these teams have very good defenses, special teams, and run games.

Gotta say the Beagles.
It's now or never for them. If they fall short, the heads will roll this time.

I think the Bears are 3rd best in their division. The Vikings, Eagles, Giants, Panthers and Cardinals are all going to battle it out, with I believe the Eagles and Vikings in the NFCC game.

The Bears might be the 3rd best team in their divisions but its not like the top 3 suck...at least the way it looks now. I could see Minnesota, Green Bay, and Chicago all ending up with 10 or more wins.

Replace Panthers with Packers and I totally agree.

However, the Eagles just loaded up too much, imo.

Their OL is the best it's ever been. They FINALLY have a solid receiving corps. They added a dynamic compliment to westbrook.

And defensively they're every bit as good as they were last season, if not better (RIP JJ)

it was a toss-up between the Pack and Vikes. right now i think the Packers are the more balanced and complete team, but the Vikes were a possible contender last season, and like it or not, Favre is an upgrade at the QB position for them.

If the Packers defense comes around then I think they are gonna be tuff to stop. NFCN is a hard division this year and the Packers are looking like the best team so far in preseason...

I dont know. Peterson didnt need a lot more help but now with Harvin and Favre, it looks like they may have a lot more help. Its not like Favre needs to do a whole lot other than keep the defense honest deep, hand off to AD, and throw an occasional screen to Harvin. Minnesota looks tough as well.

This is a good point.

Bears 1st half scores
vs Buffallo 6-6
vs Giants 17-3
vs Broncos 17-3

Packers 1st half scores
vs Cleveland 14-0
vs Falcons 24-0
vs Cardinals 38-10

Most impressive was Aaron Rodgers vs AZ. The guy was under consistent pressure, and was still making his 3rd and fourth progressions on the run AND completing the pass. Electric. They look great for certain, and they look like an established 3-4 with competent depth as well.
