A deal involving ILB David Harris might make sense. Maybe Harris and a second? That would free us up to move D.J. to a team in need of a WLB like New Orleans who might part with Colston after some of their other receivers emerged last year. Just throwing it out there. Harris is a stud.

There's an internet rumor suggesting a trade with the 49ers: Marshall for Crabtree.

That'd be awesome. Then we could someone who likely will produce less and have to pay him more than if we extended Brandon.

He's a beast, but he has a bad habit of showing up to TC overweight every year. On the other hand he would button up the middle of that d-line long enough for Chris Baker to develop. I wouldn't want to give up B-Marsh just for a stop-gap option

hmmm on one hand you have a Pro Bowl DT/NT and on the other you have a chance that Baker a UDFA could be good. Its almost like having a winning lotto ticket but giving it up for another ticket instead of just taking the winnings.

Way to put that in perspective

Jay is more responsible. had he not tossed up that duck to Hillis, then Peyton doesn't tear his hamstring we win against the Bills and we go to the playoffs.

although, looking back i am glad he missed the onside, we got rid of the whiny b****, are finally taking the team in a new direction instead of the same old of Shanahan, and have finally gotten a good coaching staff put together.

Are you actually blaming Cutler for football injury Cutler and Hillis were attempting to make a play, and **** happens.

False.

We lost at home to Oakland with a healthy Hillis. They're worse than Buffalo, so it's not all of a sudden some gimme that we win with him in the lineup.

And we rushed for 181 yards in that game against the Bills without Hillis.
