I usually do a $99 CBS league outside of my main league, just for some side-action. I'd gladly jump into a $100 league here instead if we could round up 10 players.

I'd prefer 12 if we get it together. That means you play everyone once, just works better for the scheduling and teams are more even imo.

I'm heading to work til ~11:30pm PST, but anyone that wants in I'll start up a league when I get home, NFL.com work for everyone? I like the CBS format, and NFL.com uses it.

Only problem with CBS is that it cost $125 or so to run your league there. Well-worth it for a main league where you're putting in a couple hundy or more each. But, for a smaller stakes league, it's iffy. I guess it would only be $15 a piece or so.
I'm in for whatever. Lock me in if it happens. Would rather do my second league with you clowns than strangers on CBS. I'm fine up to $100 or so. I don't care who holds the $. I'm happy to, or someone else can. How sad would someone have to be to steal that little money from fellow fans. (In a way that's very traceable.) Just don't let Boob or Lex in, and we'll be fine. |

I run my league through http://www.myfantasyleague.com/ - excellent service (I like them better than CBS). I think it's $90 for mfl without the early bird discount.
I may be interested in this orange mane league depending on the buy in. |

I would be willing to let Taco hold the money or someone everyone agrees on (since I'm kind of a newbie)

Why don't we just do a yahoo league for free? Then all the prize money goes to the winner(s.) The free yahoo leagues have stat tracker at no cost this year.

Looks like we have 5 already. My only other issue is draft day. Anyone opposed to a Labor Day draft? (early afternoon, late morning) Seems like everyone should be off of work. I'm in if this all works out, details-wise. |

Have you guys seen this? It's single-player (for those who get fill out a league) with a chance to win $250,000 -- for free. It's also good practice if you want to do a 12-team mock draft.

I run a money league on myfantasyleague.com, right now we have 11 players and we possibly may have 1 or 2 openings, the league fee is $35. cash prizes for the winner, we will vote to see if we want to give cash prizes for 2nd & 3rd as well.

If you guys start a money league Let me KNOW!!!!
I have been dying to get in another one. Plus i have several people who would also be willing to join (if we come up short on teams that is). My buddy was going to start one, but we only had 5-6 teams. So we are all looking for more players or a money to Join. And we are very serious. PM me - whatever, but i am in for sure! |

1. Doggcow
2. Popps 3. tsiguy96 4. titan (?) 5. Lazarus 6. JCMElway 7. underated29 And maybe 2 more if I4J and run silent are interested. I've already got the league set up on Yahoo when we get 3-4 more guys. And if folks are OK with it, I can hold the money. I do it for my pay league so I'm used to it. I've been a poster here since 2002 and I believe that the mods could vouch for my trustworthiness. And I'm never leaving the OM, esp for just a few bucks. As far as buy in goes, how about $50 or $60? That sounds like a compromise between $35 and $100. |

id?
pass? I have never done a league on yahoo, nor have i ever done an online draft, so if you could post the league rules or link, and maybe a quick tidbit on how an online draft works that would be great! -u29 **edit- ps my record is good too. New here, but i have been a part of Tneds board and BM for since '03 although i lurked there and signed up i think in '05. Either way, like above poster- i am not going anywhere. I'm in... of course you can hold the money, and any amount is fine with me. Once we get 10 guys, before we pay or set the league up totally, let's all get on the same page as far as rules. (Yardage, bonuses, etc.) There are usually strong opinions regarding that stuff, so let's just have everyone on the same page. The other key will be draft day and getting everyone locked into a time. Looks like we're close to ten. (Or even 12.) Plenty of time left, of course. |

So, we've got 7 people so far. Let's hold off on making rule decisions (add-drop fees, etc.) until all 10 or 12 are in. That way everyone has a fair say. So, we're a few people away... let's see who jumps in, and then regroup on structure, etc. Cool? |

Either way, I dont think the stakes will be high enough to justify paying for a service. so NFL.com work for everyone?
