I get your point, but why are players saying it's just sad. David Bruton said something along the lines of having an opportunity to earn a starting position and needing to step up... Something doesn't add up.

I am curious like the othes though, what could he have done to his hand to make it "career ending"? Short of amputation, I don't see how it could end his career.

TSN's crack team of journalists ran with this story from the tweet of a Philly beat writer! WTF? Dawkins is fine. He'll play for Denver this year and The Sporting News will continue to be the septic tank of sports writing!
