Dawkins has broken hand

Broncos safety Brian Dawkins has a broken right hand, according to team sources, but the injury will not cause the 7-time Pro Bowler to miss the season opener.

Oh no, it's going to be a long season regardless.

However, I'm still excited as all hell to go to the Thanksgiving game and Raider game, no matter what the record.

Not to many good season start 1-2 0-3 etc.

I love how somehow we might be ****ed now that Dawkins is out...even without him, it is better than last year and we started that off 3 - 0

I'm wondering if he will have to wear a cast and for how long. Surgery and out two weeks - I'm hoping he will be able to go without a cast at some point. Kinda depends on what type of surgery we are talking about.
