For me the very best part of training camp write ups is hearing how the rooks are preforming. This year no different. While it is great to hear that Alphonso is looking good. I would like to see our first 2 picks suited up. If they miss too much time you can kiss this season good bye. IMO if they miss a solid week of TC they won't be able to catch up.

They are going to stall Moreno as long as possible (his agents are). The agency he is a part of not only controls most of the picks ahead of him... but the 4 after him as well, which means they want to get Moreno as much cash as possible so that the 4 after him get even more money. It's all business and money, the agency doesn't give a **** about the teams.

If we can throw in a cellphone peddler then I think we can wait on Moreno.
Ayers... not so much. He needs to be in there yesterday. |

Normally I would say a RB can miss parts of camp and still pick it up fairly quickly when they do arrive but this is probably going to be a pretty complex passing offense so I think it could hurt Moreno some if he misses most of camp. But the Broncos do hold a good hand here. They have a great OL and some really good backs so they can be patient.

Michael Crabtree has a huge play in this too, and the situation with him is the same as Moreno - not close. They (ESPN) said that with him not signing it will affect of the picks after him.
BJ Raji hasn't signed and Maybin hasn't signed. All we can do is wait and hope they come as soon as possible with this situation. Ayers should be signing sooner rather than later though... 4/5 guys before him are signed. |

Thanks for posting that Deuce, very helpful in this thread!
Doesn't make sense that Condon/Dogra got Cushing signed, but haven't gotten Jenkins or Moreno signed. Seems like the players surrounding ours are mostly taken care of...just slot it out accordingly and get it done! |
