Missed most the call but caught the tail end. Says he weighed in last year at 218 and this year he was at 230.
So 12lbs of muscle is a good amount. |

He doesn't look like he has gotten that much bigger, but I hope he can keep it on. I saw him wearing a knee brace in the db.com video, did he have a knee injury that I missed?

Apparently, he tweaked his knee in minicamps and had a procedure to take care of it. From everythig I have been able to gather, the knee feels good.

the brace is just a precaution. Standard procedure for anyone who just had a minor operation. He'll probably wear it all through training camp, or at least most of it.
