Oh and btw, it plays EXACTLY like NCAA 09, except for the retarded timeout boosts which are also rigged as **** for the power school.

From the reviews I have read and my friend's account of the game, I get the impression that it's the best NCAA Football game ever made.

Not to mention WSU's starting Quarterback isn't even on our roster, I guess that goes to the quality of EA games. |

The online actually isn't half bad. The sportsmanship thing is kinda gay though. If I'm down by 7 towards the end of the 3rd quarter with a 4th and 2 I shouldn't get buttholed for going for it...

Nevermind. It doesn't. I think it's just for stupid **** like going for it on 4th down, so it ****s you if you get behind in a game and want to be ballsy.
Oh yeah and sportsmanship is like always, cheesey glitching ****head exploiters are back. Remember: Goallining? Nano Blitzes? Stupid DB's that don't cover the QB scramble? Terribad routs by blitzers that go into blocks on purpose? Yeah, they're all back. AND SPEED IS ALL THAT MATTERS STILL. |

The game isn't as bad as Doggcow makes it out to be, but it certainly isn't what I expected.
Last year's game was very frustrating, and this year its like marginally better. It is like an update to last year's game, not necessarily worth the $60 I dropped on this sucker. Fun game, but honestly, Madden I can tell is going to blow NCAA out of the water this year. The NCAA developer team has a lot to do to get back on track. |

DO NOT BUY IT for online play. It's littered with exploiters and the bull**** that happens ruins any fun you would have. |

I think it's alright. The team strategy thing is BS though. Doesn't work at all and you get called for a penalty literally every other play.

Played it yesterday with my buddy; you actually can "purchase" assistance to get more pipeline states, strategy and personnel moves in recruiting and all that jazz. Sad thing is, my friend did -- but I guess it was only like ten bucks. Heh.
It seemed all right, I think it's better than in years past. More realistic, and I like how the "tackling" looked and seemed more real. |

EA made one heck of a baseball game with their MVP baseball series before 2k went out and bought the MLB license. The college game was very well done too, but they marketed a game to a market that had practically zero interest. Also, I hear good things about the NHL series. Madden has sucked balls for a good 5 years at least. NCAA made big strides last year, but took a baby step forward, at most, this year. |
