the worst part about it, is that his neighbors offerred to watch the dogs

this guy gets a vacation-esque jail sentence and a suspension from the fire department

Not only scum bag of the week, but moron of the week too. He might as well dumped them in the dumpster behind the police station. What the hell was he thinking when he dumped them at work?
