It was a hard choice between the first three listed for me. As all where pretty iconic in my childhood. But Blazing Saddles seemed to rely a bit less on specific cultural reference and worked within a larger genre. But mainly this:

Blazing Saddles was great for sarcasim and Parody, but for one liners you just cant beat YF.

yeah , the toll booth Scene in B.S. was killer , but the one where the Monster is choking Dr Frankenstein , and his assistants are playing guessing game was about the funniest scene I have seen out side of Space balls and comb the desert .... rick Moranis made that show
