Not really much to the videos, just some blah,blah,blah.


WW put on 12 pounds of "lower body" weight - he's 230 right now. Played last year at 218.

The coaches last year worked on speed, the coaches this year are focusing on "explosive power" and "strength."

Didn't say much about his position, says he is playing ST.


Ron Fields is not.... "well spoken."
He didn't have much to say, other than insinuating he has the starting NT spot locked up. He feels "comfortable" with the system - blah, blah.

Actually I think WW was refering to his own preparations last off-season, which were more focused on the Combine and pre-draft workouts.
