I think he spoke really well and he needs to contribute to the community like he is with this FREE camp. Also rehab and get back out there...

It's good news that he appears ahead of schedule on his rehab. The sooner he can get on the field with Orton the better.
One thing that will be a real challenge in addition to everyone learning this complex offense and getting on the same page, is just the nuances of timing between Orton and the WR and them getting to know Orton's little cues, nods and head fakes and what they mean on the fly, that so often help extend plays and make things happen when plays break down. That just takes time and trust. Orton is getting that now with all the other guys and at least Marshall and he are playing catch, even if he isn't running routes yet. But we need to start the seasons as much in sync as possible to win a few of those earlier games and get a little wind and confidence under the sail. The good news is that most everyone else beside the QB are familiar with each other and they are all learning the system together at the same pace. A few of the guys like Paxton, Gaffney and Jordan on offense already know the system inside and out and that too will be a great asset in helping all the other guys get up to speed. I don't expect it will take too long for Knowshon to start shining and as long as Orton and the WR /TE can get on the same page pretty much by week one we should be in decent shape . |

Marshall report from today's DP
Receiver Brandon Marshall has started running for the first time since he had hip surgery March 31. "He looks good," fellow receiver Brandon Stokley said. "I'm glad he got it taken care of, because it was bothering him a lot last year, and he's going to be improved this year because of that." |

D.J. Williams looking for clearance
The Denver Post Between a torn-up knee and a bum shoulder, the past seven months have been a pain for Broncos linebacker D.J. Williams. A return to full health, though, is approaching. Williams will meet with head trainer Steve "Greek" Antonopulos this morning with the expectation he will be cleared to participate in the team's practices on a limited basis. It would be Williams' first organized action since shoulder surgery in January. A torn rotator cuff was just one of the physical maladies Williams endured last season. Williams was leading the NFL in tackles through the first seven games, but he suffered a partially torn medial collateral ligament in his left knee Nov. 2 against Miami. |

Off topic, does that girl in the blackberry commercial look exactly like what Minnie Driver and Lindsay Lohans kids would look like?

damn Marshall got huge. i am going to enjoy watching him tossing DBs out of his way this season.
i just hope Goodell stays quiet and no punishment comes, and that he can keep himself out of trouble so that he is re-signed by dictator McDaniels. |
