that one sucked. never even wears the skull symbol, which is very gay. although in terms of being close to the comic, that one is the closest, of all 3 that have been made.

The Tom Jane version is my favorite, though.

Truthfully all of them sucked as movies but this one went in the right direction. And the Tom Jane one sucked the most they made The Punisher look like a B!tch,While Tome Jane was cooking and eating eggs at home.Dolph Lundgren was eating sewer rats while living in the sewer.

The 1989 version had a lot of Old School late 80s Action too,yea he didn't wear the Punisher Logo but it made the movie seem real.

Tom Jane Punisher was too Hollywood

Dolph Lundgren was Dark

all the punisher movies sucked, and sucked royally...

which is sad because if there was one comic movie i figured would be the easiest to nail, it's the Punisher...

oh well...

The Thomas Jane Punisher was one of the worst movies ever made. Easily. The only movie worse was the sequel.

This Dolph Lundgren version is awesome and only missing the skull.

I agree. I had Punisher comics growing up and the Lundgren movie followed the story of Frank Castiglioni aka Frank Castle better. The Punisher did not where the skeleton face originally, that suit came later...

See and the reason I liked the Tom Jane version, even though it was bad and never actually incorporated actual villians from the comics, is because, I like him as an actor more than I ever liked Dolph or the new dude.

It's more of a guilty pleasure movie. Just one of those movies that for no real reason at all, seems to be decent to me.
