It's Barkley...com'on the safest place to be when he is golfing is to be in the club house.
I would have been hiding behind a tree. The guy can't golf. |

Is it me, or did he try to check his swing.
I would have called down to the 1st base umpire for a ruling. |

i think he could improve his swing but it has become so famous and he gets so much attention for it that he does it on purpose.

Dude has the worst "hitch" in a golf swing ever. If you are dumb enough to be anywhere in front or to the side of Chuck, you deserve to get hit.

What's odd is that Charles, while he was playing with the Suns many years ago, was a much better golfer then he is now. I remember seeing local news clips of him and Dan Majerle playing golf and he had some decent scores. He could shoot in the mid 80's back then. Even Roy Green (of the Cardinals, who now is an avid golfer) says all the time on the local sports radio he has no idea what changed Charles to play such awful golf these days. That hitch he has in his swing is just not natural and he didn't used to have it before. I don't see how somebody could have a decent swing and then a few years later have a swing that he has today. It's so bad now I almost think he does it on purpose to attract attention. If it's not on purpose, good god, give up playing.

So lets get mad at a golfer because someone decided to put themselves in a position to watch Barkley were they could easily get hit with the ball. Why anyone would stand where that guy was standing with a high handicapper up there is a complete moron.
