Yup, it's that time of year. Where ya goin, who ya gonna see, and is it gonna rock?! So far, I've got a few lined up. Tomorrow night, goin up to mishiwaka to see a bluegrass band. NOT SURE OF THE NAME, but I was told their alot like yonder mountain, mixed with some string cheese. Saturday, FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS!!!!! Red Rocks, bbq, booze, don't really know what to expect of the actual SHOW, but I'm pretty stolked. P.s. if anybody wants to meet up pm me, we've got about 6 or 7 in our group. 311 on june 12th!!!!!!!!!! With Ziggy Marley! Cannot ****ing WAIT for that show. It's gonna be epic. Invitation stands for that one as well.those are the only ones so far, anybody else? |

No Doubt/Paramore in 2 weeks.
Tech N9ne maybe, depending on if I'm in Denver next week or not. Snoop Dogg perhaps. I used to be a big concert guy, but I haven't seen a live show in years now. I'm kind of excited to have some things like this on tap. Edit: And I know that going to No Doubt gets my man card ripped from me, but Tragic Kingdom was a sweet CD, and Paramore is REALLY catchy. |

DeathSICKLE, in my basement.
DeathSICKLE thinks it is time for DeathSICKLE to reform. DeathSICKLE needs 2 drummers, a lead guitar player, bass player who can double on Jazz Flute, another Keyboardist (Must be able to play like Rick Wakeman), Sitarist (not the lame Guru type, real Sitarists like George Harrision), Backing Vocalists (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass), 2 Gospel Choirs, Therminist, and maybe another drummer, bass player, and Guitar player to cut through all the Choirs. If you play Saxophone **** off! DeathSICKLE thinks saxophonists are all pains in the ass like Cutthemdown. If you play Jazz Sax and are not named Coltrane, Bird, or Rollins then stick your sax in your but bell 1st. |

Cmon man I deserve a shot. I can play my sax through a distortion peddle straight into a Marshall stack. I probably can't play Giant Steps up to speed, but if you don't care what notes I'm playing I can play really fast. Oh yeah and I can totally play with my sax in my ass. That's the first thing we learn. |

So for sure I will catch this summer.
1- Beastie Boys- Have Garden boxes at the Bowl 2- Tower of Power down in San Diego. Those are only 2 so far but I usually go to more. I prefer the smaller venues to the big shows, but big shows fun also. |

Saw Black Label Society last week, good show.
Seeing NIN and Slayer later on, both at Fiddlers Green, or whatever they call it now, I call it a chitty place to see a show. |

FloridaBronco - Totally agree, they moved up to my favorite live band ever last year....well, it's a tie because when I saw Tom Petty that was just incredible too, but 311 sounds exactly like their albums, really play to the crowd, and have kick ass sets. whoopty WHOOP |
