Adopt-a-Bronco:
Chris Harris
Default Hillis/Moreno (Artwork)

Since I believe this combo will be the most devastating in the league next year, I thought I would pay tribute with some lovely artwork.

I didn't want to give our duo any over used nicknames (likes slash and bash) so I figured I would go with the superheo/Xmen combo.

We got Juggernaut and Spiderman !!!!
Hillis reminds me of the Juggernaut when he runs and Moreno reminds me of Spiderman.

Its gonna be interesting to see how McD uses both these guys on the field at the same time. He has SOOO many weapons now. Obvious running downs I can see two TE sets with Hillis coming out of the backfield as a FB to do for Moreno what he did for Felix Jones and McFadden at Arkansas ... help make them stars.

Of decoy Moreno and run Hillis, play action or screens to either one, lining Moreno up at WR ... the options are endless and along with Quinn and Graham our red zone performance just took a major leap forward.

I'm so glad we have both those guys, and what a relief for Orton!
Really cant wait to watch this Offense once they really gel.

Nice work, Zona! Very cool.

I was gung-ho on Hillis being a first down back this year, but hell... after seeing Moreno's highlights, I'm hoping they both get plenty of carries.

Like Hulamau was saying... what a friggin' arsenal of weapons we're going to have this year on offense. McDaniels knows he may not have a world class arm behind center, so he's setting his team up to be successful in more than one dimension.

Moreno looks fantastic, but I still think Hillis is going to make a strong case for himself to see plenty of touches. The guy rips of 4-5 yards on first down every time he touches the ball. How's a coach going to keep the ball out of the hands of a runner like that?

I think all of our runners will see a little action, but I still do expect these to to rise to the top.

That photo looks like a screenshot of them dancing in a Rob Bass video.

Moreno is starting to grow on me. I keep watching clips of him and he's impressive, both running and receiving. His ability to get to the outside will prove valuable. He has a knack for finding the holes. Moreno can run, jump, catch, juke, and plow over defenders.

He has all the tools.

I am excited, even if the pick doesn't help our defense.

i still say, indirectly it does help the defense. if the defense doesn't have to be on the field as much, then the opposition isn't stuffing the ball down our defense's throat and we allow less points a game. it may not show up in stat sheets, but a good RB indirectly helps the defense.

You know...

That's officially the new nickname I'm calling Hillis (not that he's really had one).

Hillis is now The Juggernaut b****.

Once we get through a few games of the preseason and we got some nice pics of Moreno shredding defenses in Broncos uni then I am going to make a full size one. I'm actually going to do 3. One of Moreno alone, Hillis alone and then the combo. I'll probably size it at 1650x1080.

Even with Moreno I hope Hillis still gets his touches that he deserves.
