Default Falcons get Tony G. 2nd rounder next year.

According to Michael Smith on ESPN just there. No link, it just broadcast.

That's a good trade for both sides, especially if the Chiefs get the 2nd rounder that was being discussed.

He said he was still trying to get the info on what the compensation is, but if it is a 2nd rounder it's a good trade for both teams.

This is awesome. It's confirmed as a 2nd rounder.

Pioli's got the wheels spinning now....I'm ready for a major draft haul and a new wide receiver...

No one's going to ask for the link to Sports Center?

Good trade for them long term and us short term. It puts them right back in "rebuilding" mode. Bowe will struggle against the double-team.

Yep, now the Falcons don't have to use their 1st rounder on Petigrew.

I'm a little disappointed, though, because I was hoping the Falcons would jump on a Scheffler deal. Personally, I would rather have given up a 4th for Scheffler than a 2nd for Gonzalez.

Next year will be a better draft, so I'd take that.

It is reported as the #55 pick and a later pick. I'm guessing a 5th round pick.
Good trade for both teams. Gonzo gets a chance to win a SB and KC gets a 2nd round pick for him

Thats why i have a feeling they "may" go after Crabtree. Nothing solid but just a gut feeling.

Pioli will find another target for Cassel. Hell we might get Anquan Boldin.
