eBay question - The Orange Mane

Ok, I rarely shop on ebay so I don't know how to go about doing this or even if there is a resolution for this.

I bought an item about a month ago, paid for it via paypal and have waited and waited and waited on the item to come to my house.

So now I finally start getting impatient and go to the ebay website to see what the hell is going on with my item and I come to find out that the item I purchased has been cancelled, but my money has been processed.

So I want my money back and have been scouring for a resolution or a place to e-mail eBay with my complaint and have been unsuccessful...anyone ebay savvy that knows what I am to do?

yes, log into paypal, click on your transaction, and file a dispute. they will put the money back in your paypal.
