Yeah it was nasty thing to do, but I have a hard time seeing that as a felony. She does look like a nut case though.

I would of taking it to her alright maybe with a night stick to the top of her skull.

I was a Cop for a short time, I hated to see kids and old people get abused, dogs too. It's part of the reason I didn't last long in law enforcement as well, stuff like this could make the best of guys crack up.

Hey, if I was the officer at the seen this is how I would have handled it:

Excerpt from interview with Officer Gman- "Officer Gman when we arrived we found this woman taped to the hood of your cruiser, what gives?"- Gman replied "Well, when we arrived to the suspects home we had another call so we taped her ears and mouth and tied her legs and wrist together put her on the cruiser's hood and headed to another location, it's not like we do this all the time, she was only bound for like 20 -30 minutes.." he added " We were going to get rid of her anyway!"

Wish I good have my way...
