Default Mock Drafts from 38 Sources

Last year I did the same thing & used http://www.hailredskins.com/MockDraft.htm as a source to see who the draft "experts" say the Broncos are going to draft from 38 different mock drafts.

At #12, they have the Broncos drafting:

Tyson Jackson, DE 12 times
Mark Sanchez QB 10 times
BJ Raji DT 6 times
Rey Rey LB 4 times
Aaron Maybin DE 3 times
and 1 time each for Beanie Wells RB Everett Brown DE and Vontae Davis CB

At #18, they have:

Rey Rey 11 times
Tyson Jackson 5 times
Everette Brown 4 times
Clay Mathews 3 times
Peria Jerry DT 2 times
Vontae Davis 2 times
Malcom Jenkins CB 2 times
Brian Cushing LB 2 times
And 1 time each for Aaron Maybin DE, Percy Harvin WR , Ron Brace DT, Mark Sanchez, BJ Raji, James Laurinaitis LB, Sean Smith CB.

Some are laughable as the same joker picked Beanie Wells and Percy Harvin. No consensus, but interesting.

The second pick is going to be the interesting one, IMO.

Knowshon will be a Denver Bronco on draft day. If Raji or Sanchez are at 12 they will likely be the selection. Otherwise we draft Moreno at 12. Then we get Malcolm Jenkins at 18, if not Vontae Davis. If we take Raji or Sanchez there is still a fairly good chance Moreno is there at 18. This is what I anticipate Denver will do.

Jackson, Maualuga were the average then, good. Exactly the two guys I want.

This draft is going to surprise the h2ll out of a lot of people, I think.

Unless you are in the "Draft Room" at Dove Valley, all of these "anticipations" are just speculations based on your own interpretation of what the team needs to improve, or your personal favorite player, often du jour.....

I'm thinking that second #1 pick is going to be a CB unless some irresistible stud at D-line just falls in our lap. Of all the depleted defensive positions, and I include the D-line in that, CB, once again, is a worrisome liability, especially at depth.

In addition, there should still be some of the best CBs in this years' class still available at 18 the way the needs are breaking out for other teams.

I hate it, really, because a couple of those 3-4 DE's will still be around at 18, but CB has to be addressed early.

CB will probably be a 1st rounder next year, so that Champ has time to groom him before he retires. Same thing happened to Champ with Sanders and Green in '99
