to me, this question is f-ing hard to answer. fitz is great, but i think the other 2 johnsons are slightly better. andre is absolutely unbelievable, but calvin....this guy is the 2nd coming of the best traits of every WR the NFL has ever seen. huge, 4.3 40', makes all the catches. on any other team hes a 1500 yard receiver every single year.

Oh a secret poll I would hate it if some one knew who I voted for. Scary to even think about.

Larry Fitzgerald

If I was taking a WR for the future I would agree. Not that Fitz has really any years on him but his performance last season particularly going forward into the playoffs was outstanding - have to give it to him for that.

for the future? calvin just had 1300 yards and like 10 TDs. on the LIONS. he was literaly their only offensive threat and still put up those numbers.

I agree with you. But it's funny because if you took this poll a year ago it would overwhelmingly be Moss. And Plaxico would probably be on the list.

You're only as good as your last season and Fitz was outstanding. Yes Clavin did a great job when you consider that he plays for the Lions but he didn't match the feats that Larry did. That said if I was to do a fantasy draft Madden style for the coming year I would chose Calvin.

Fitzgerald made the big plays in the big game. If Arizona's D comes up with only a couple of plays in that game, Fitzgerald is the MVP.

Fitzgerald is the standard that those other guys want to achieve right now, so its obviously Fitzgerald.

Fitz is the most well rounded and pro-team. BUT, when he wants to play hard and play the right way...noone can hold Moss's jock. Problem is, it's a rarity that he wants to play hard.

Over the course of a season its Fitzgerald.

In a single game if everybody is healthy, it is Andre Johnson.

Fitzgerald is the whole package, he has magic hands, he is big, he is deceptively fast, he runs some sweet routes and has a good eye for coverage, he can outmuscle people, he can block and he competes, he can outjump people and drag the toes for a sideline catch.

Andre Johnson is a beast and would be the best if he didn't have healthy issues. He is athletically on a different plane than almost everybody else, his hands are sweet and he can make any catch. He is a guy who can get out of double coverage consistently.

Moss is a guy who needs someone who can use his speed, give him a rifle armed QB who can lead him and he will dominate like nobody else, but over the middle and in the tight areas he is not as good as Johnson or Fitzgerald.

Calvin Johnson could be the best, but he is a rung or two below Andre Johnson and Fitzgerald right now, I would say Boldin, Steve Smith, Reggie Wayne and Roddy White are all in the same class as Calvin Johnson.

Fitzgerald. That man alone is the reason the Cardinals made it to the superbowl, and had a chance to win it.

Right now its Fitz, he was beastly this year.

Cant go wrong with any of those guys though. I hope Marshall puts together another good year and then we can start talking about him on this list.

You dont have to imagine anything about Fitzgerald. He gets it done and the proof is in the pudding.

And you'd take Ben Roethlisberger over Peyton Manning any day right? Because he's proven it with 2 superbowl rings to Peytons 1?

I think Johnson is right on Fitz' trail, especially considering what he did last year stats-wise, and where he did it.

Just imagine Johnson with any semblance of an offense/QB.

But, Fitz is the king, right now. He's been absolutely unstoppable.

If I were to rate them it would go like this:

Fitz: 10
Andre: 9.5
Calvin: 9
Randy Moss: 5. Moss at his peak wanting to play is a 10 though. He is not at his peak anymore, and his ONLY good attribute left to him is his vertical jump. He cant run "routes", he's not as fast as he used to be and he doesnt block or go over the middle. There are about a dozen or so receivers, maybe more, that Id take over Moss at this point.
