Default OT: What sports/activities are you playing regularly these days?

Just curious? Always interesting to hear what people are doing, athletically. Are you a gym-rat? Tennis court loiterer? Pick-up hoops game fiend? What's your deal? Playing anything new, or always played the same sports? Dealing with injuries, etc?
(Didn't add an "other" choice, but elaborate if your answer is other.) You can select more than one.

Play raquetball about once a week. Run 3-4 miles about 4x a week. Bowl every week. Softball starts back up in less than a month I can't wait.

I'd love to play football, but I can't find a league. So I play ultimate frisbee instead.

Mainly Basketball, Golf, and Tennis.

But the occasional football game, and of course mountain bike whenever I can.

Cant wait for the weather to warm up!

I play more soccer than anything else as far as sports go, but I run several times a week and do cardio at the local gym.

I also mountainbike, but I have been too busy to take any meaningful trips since last summer. Mountainbiking is a blast if you can find some good trails...its also a hefty workout.

Screwed up my back and neck really bad my junior year in HS. Had to take 2 years without anything too physical.

This year I've started a little rugby league at my college. We've only got 4 teams but everyone seems to enjoy playing and watching it.

Kayaking season is about to start and I picked that up last year. Haven't done anything major yet stayed on class I and II. I'm thinking about trying a III near the end of this summer.

My x got me into tennis last year. She played for the HS team and I would always play with her. Funny thing is she would get so pissed cause she only beat me like three times.

Those are the sports I've been playing lately. I'm thinking about trying out for the Football team if I can pass a physical this summer. I miss football haven't played in 3 years.

Weight training is all I've done in recent years, but a torn rotator cuff has put me on the shelf for the time being. I would love to get back into bowling and some beer league softball if this damn thing ever heals up.

Lifting / cardio 3x week.
Run 2x week - one 5-6 miles and one 10-12 miles. Just finished two half-marathons.
I need a lot of stress relief!

Shoulders are brutal. I haven't had any real issues, but everyone I know has taken a long time to heal.

Be patient... good luck.

Me...

Gym about 5x a week. Weight training, etc. Walk a couple miles at night. Same as ever.

But, my knee surgery (late 07) has healed some, and I've been able to play some pick-up bball with the guys at work at lunch. That's been great.

Grew up playing tennis, too. Been getting to do some of that again, as well.

The weather has been beautiful almost all winter. I hate to let a day pass where I don't get out and do something. Seems like a sin to waste a 75 degree day.

Who are the tennis players? Anyone hardcore?
