Im gonna go with The Ford family's hiring of Matt Millen.

People can say whatever the hell they want to about Bowlen and THIS year, but NO ONE takes the cake year by year like Matt Millen did.

A close second is Dan Snyder.

Not for nothing but Lienart and Young have both been to the playoffs, Cutler has not. Hahaha. ****ing retard.

And your 6-10 choices are retarded because in the last decade Tom Brady was drafted in the 6th round so that means that 32 teams passes on him at LEAST 5 times. Which would put your 6-10 choices AT LEAST behind all of those teams AT LEAST 5 times.

I thought 1-5 were dumb because they aren't based on actual results from the moves.

edit: I now see that #1 is Matt Millen. So, 2-5 aren't based on actual results.

Both involved with San Diego for smart choices...

1.) Trading the 1st pick to Atlanta, ATL takes Michael Vick while S.D. takes both LaDainian Tomlinson and Drew Drees in that draft.

2.) Swapping QB's Eli Manning to N.Y. Giants for Phillip Rivers, true Eli has a SB Ring but Rivers is a better QB and the Chargers got a 1st round pick in the next years draft in which they selected Shawn Merriman.

Guess our expectations of a 1st round QB are a bit different.
